Kelly Watson is a registered nurse with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree focused on Executive Nursing Leadership. Her DNP project was focused on researching the correlation between nursing resilience and retention and she is passionate about resiliency and holistic health efforts.
She is passionate about supporting the frontline of nurses. Kelly has experience in global healthcare, professional nursing consultant work, and nursing education. She has a Master of Nursing Education and loves to teach and encourage the next generation of nurses as well as tenured nurses working on advancing their degrees.
Kelly values forming collaborative and multidisciplinary partnerships to create a vision, establish buy-in, and implement evidence-based care and policy.

He held leadership positions in multiple medical societies’ and is recognized nationally as a Key Opinion Leader and a superior bedside ultrasound educator.
Dr. Grogan holds certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine and the Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement as a Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSK). He completed his Masters in Business Administration as well as the American Medical Informatics Association 10x10 certificate course. Chris Fowler has over thirty years of executive experience in business development, human resources, logistics, operations, and contracting. His professional experience includes executive roles within the Department of Defense, and as a Vice President of Business Development in correctional healthcare. Mr. Fowler also served previously as a Director of Military and Veteran Outreach in corporate America.
Chris retired from the U.S. Army as an intelligence and operations officer and presents experience and education commensurate with his military service. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, and with a Master's Degree, and holds a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University. He possesses a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Illinois University, a certificate in disaster management from the Department of Defense, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Chris is also certified as an investigator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.

Spencer Posey
Spencer Posey is a seasoned leader with 14 years of experience in human performance, leadership, and health optimization. He currently serves as a lead scientist for human performance on a contract with HQDA, completing an analysis of physical performance standards across the DoD.
Spencer recently transitioned out of the United States Army, where he served as the Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) Lead for the 3D United States Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard. He was pivotal in implementing the H2F system, optimizing Soldier readiness through a multi-domain approach, and educating Army senior leaders on the principles of the H2F system at the U.S. Army Pre-Command Course/School for Command Preparation, Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Kevin Wilson | Senior Vice President
Mr. Wilson was President of DLH Solutions, Inc. October 2008 thru May 2021. Under his leadership, DLH Solutions grew from $36 million to over $250 million in annual revenue. DLH became one of the largest suppliers of healthcare services to the Department of Veterans Affairs with over $1 billion in services during his tenure. He was the primary point of contract for the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) contract as well as healthcare staffing contracts at Baltimore, Los Angeles, Muskogee and Tampa VAMCs. Mr. Wilson was instrumental in driving initiatives within the CMOP program that increased productivity and reduced costs while ensuring high Veteran customer satisfaction.
Under Mr. Wilson’s guidance DLH expanded from 5 CMOP locations to be the only contractor for all 7 locations. In 2013 DLH added 2 Meds by Mail locations to the pharmacy services contract. MbM provides prescription benefits management for CHAMPVA dependents as well as virtual pharmacy verification to Veterans Administration Medical Centers throughout the United States. Brigadier General Stephen T. Sauter retired after more than 34 years of service on 15 October 2021.
A native of Abington Township, PA, BG Sauter received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Colorado State University in 1987 and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1998. BG Sauter is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. In his civilian capacity, BG Sauter works as a diagnostic radiologist for Radiology of Huntsville in Alabama. He served as the Past President of Shore Radiology, PA in Easton, Maryland.
BG Sauter’s military education includes the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Officer Basic Course, the AMEDD Captain’s Career Course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, the United States Army Command and General Staff College, the Medical Management of Chemical and Biological Casualties Course, and the United States Army War College.

BG Sauter’s operational deployments include Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm (1991), Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2003 and 2016).

Additionally, BG Sauter served in the Regular Army in support of Active Army operations from 2007 to 2009 while performing simultaneous duties as the Chief of Radiology at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and as the European Regional Medical Command Radiology Consultant. BG Sauter’s operational deployments include Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm (1991), Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2003 and 2016).
BG Sauter’s awards and decorations include the Valorous Unit Citation, the Meritorious Unit Citation, the Legion of Merit with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster (3), the Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster (6), the Army Achievement Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Combat Medical Badge and the Expert Field Medical Badge. BG Sauter is also a proud member of the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara for his service within the Field Artillery community as well as a member of the Order of Military Medical Merit.
BG Sauter is married to Melanie Sauter and has 4 daughters, Erin (27), Morgan (25), Catherine (23), and Kendra (14). He currently resides with his family on the Eastern Shore of Chesapeake Bay in Maryland.
Brook Jones, MS
Brook Jones is a multifaceted leader offering over 35 years of proven experience as a senior military officer with a current active secret security clearance. Specializing in healthcare administration with a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Emergency Disaster recovery from Touro University, Brook also is a certified Risk Manager (MSI) and holds an OSHA license.
Building on Brook’s experience as a Medical Logistician and Human Resources, he is a graduate of the Logistics Execute Development Course and the Army’s Inspector General Course. These wide-ranging areas, give Brook a unique perspective as it relates to administering health care human resources, incident management, investigations, logistics and medical operations. After concluding his military experience, Brook has served for over five years with two government contracting companies as a Site Manager over a medical training contract and as a Principal for Business Assurance, Environment, Safety and Quality ensuring policies, procedures, quality and environmental policies are current, relevant and proper for their respective program.
Brook has been married for over 32 years to his college sweetheart, Jen, they have three adult children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Brook is the co-host of a podcast, enjoys doing volunteer work as a Public Address Announcer, radio broadcasting and as a cancer survivor is an advocate for men’s health.

June McGhee, MSN, RN
June McGhee, MSN, RN is a nurse manager for a high acuity, fast paced critical care unit leading a large staff of licensed and non-licensed caregivers to make a difference in patient outcomes. She is accountable for nursing productivity, quality benchmark performance, budget management, and the professional development of a diverse team. She is active in multiple organizational committees as well as the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Along with her current role, she serves as chair of the Managers Council and is Co-Sponsor of the Veterans Resource Group.
June has earned an MSN in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University. She has been inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau international honor society of nurses.
Her professional nursing career spans three decades and has afforded multiple opportunities to serve others in medical missions as well as youth camps. June also served in the United States Army Reserve for 27 years in a variety of assignments with increasing responsibilities.

Dave Sloniker is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare supply chain transformation, with over 30 years of experience spanning military, federal, and commercial sectors. A retired U.S. Army Medical Service Corps officer and former member of the Senior Executive Service, Dave has earned distinction for pioneering large-scale logistics modernization efforts that improve access, efficiency, and quality of care.
Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, Dave leads cross-sector innovation efforts that integrate healthcare IT with modern supply chain practices to accelerate government and commercial healthcare transformation. He is also Co-Founder of Capsa Innovation Group focusing on advancing next-generation supply chain, workforce, and resiliency solutions.
Christopher Northam
Christopher began his career in healthcare in the military, serving on active duty for many years as first a Navy Corpsman and then as an Army Medical Service Corps Officer in the areas of healthcare operations and logistics. He had assignments in 82nd Airborne Division, the 3rd Infantry Division, and at the Pentagon before transitioning to the private sector.
At Humana, Christopher led the Technology Procurement group and went on to establish the Clinical Innovation division. He then moved to HCA Healthcare to establish and lead the Enterprise Telehealth service line. After nearly nine years he left HCA and spent a brief time at Wellvana working in the value-based care clinic acquisition space. He has since begun a consulting practice focused on the areas of healthcare strategy and operations.
Christoper continues to serve as a Director/Advisor on a number of boards, as well as serving as a Colonel in the Army Reserve Medical Command.
